Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $20.00 per pet.

Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on our property. No pets over eighty (80) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $150.00 plus a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee for one pet, or a $300 pet deposit plus a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee for two pets. $20.00 per month for one pet; $40.00 for two pets. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
